For Admission to BCA at BITS extension centres, you need to have a minimum of 50% marks in your class X and XII (45% for reserved categories). Selction is based on marks obtained in Class XII or equivalent board. There is no mention of any scholarship in the brochure. Placement

These papers are not available. BITS HD is online so no question papers will be available. IIITH has some old sample papers on its website. Pls check for those. Else best to get going with GATE papers as they are available plenty on the internet.

In order to be eligible for BITSAT you should have 75% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and you should have scored 60% marks separately in each of the three subjects.
