Their is simple procedure for both of the online exams you can view any question at any time and you can spend any amount of time for a particular question.Their is nothing like dissapearing of thw question.Yes their are option of marking or flagging the question whenever you are
jee belong to goverment colleges and bits belong to private.
bitsat is putiing some direct questionin exam on formula basis but in jee main are question like conceptual and logical.
