There is no fixed cutoff score for BITSAT, it depends upon various factors and keeps changing every year.

The cutoff score for B Pharm is the lowest, and its somewhere around 210 to 230.

The cutoff score for Computer science is the highest, and its somewhere around 280+.

If cut off goes 35% as given in JEE Advanced site then you have very less chances that you get any good branch in IIT.Your BITSAT score is good you might get mechanical in Goa that's really good.And in Nits you have less chances of getting good branch at good

Yes waiting list cutoffs go till 265 , but if you dont have a score above 300 you have negligible chance of getting branch here.
