You have very chances of getting any college according to your BITSAT score because cut off in BITSAT is high atleast 320 + for a good branch.

Through JOSAA counselling you are unable to get a seat...
In BITSAT your score is not good enough
So best option is go for VIT

Only BITSAT campuses like Pilani, Goa, Hyderabad accept BITs score not any other college or university.

You can Chemical,Civil,Manufacturing at BITS Pilani.Chemical,Electronic & instrumentation ,mechanical at Goa.Chemical,Civil,Mechanical,Electronic &instrumentation at Goa.
