No you need to give their entrance exam which is also one of the criteria of getting admisson in BITS PILANI besides giving 12th standard boards. So give the exam.

yeah you are definately eligible for the Bits any campus where you have the great score , the addminstration department looks your overall score not just PCM in case if they look your PCM score you have the managble one, not an issue where as such Bits take
