Bits Pilani- Manufacturing, Civil engineering
Bits Goa - Electronic, Mechanical and Chemical engineering
Bits Hyderabad - Chemical, Civil, EEE, Mechanical, Manufacturing engineering.

It will be hard for you to take seat at Goa and Hyderabad campus in EEE or ECE stream under 260 marks because cuttoff for these branches will usually lie above 295+ but i think you may get Instrumentation department at Hyderabad / Goa campus so you should

Yes once you are allotted any course in bits then you will need to pay fees if you want to stay further in rounds.

But as previous years trend you will mostly get cs in bits Hyderabad but you have to wait till last round so fill branch like entc

Since M.Sc is a post graduate degree for that you have to fill up the application separately after your UG yaah you have other option also after 12th with that you can able to apply as an intregated course i.e B.Sc + M.Sc.
