Go with NITs!!! See the branch u choose is solely dependent on ur passion and least on the college u choose. Always give preference to the branch and not to the college because college is only 4 yrs but the branch stays for the entire life!
IITs, NITs, BITs pilani,IIITs are good colleges for B.Tech if you have scored well in JEE or BITSAT.
Else there are many good private colleges. Firstly choose your desired branch and search a private college with good placements for that particular branch.Bangalore and chennai private colleges are good.
