BITS Pilani (not Goa) does offer management courses but for post graduation. It has 3 semesters of classroom lectures with 6 months of industrial exposure in the form of internship to help you nurture your practical skills as well.

Currently BITS Pilani, KK Birla campus in Goa doesn't offer management courses. You can try for the Pilani campus next year as the applications are closed for this academic year.
