With a score of 283, you won't be able to get a branch in Pilani campus. You may have a slight chance for Manufacturing Engg. In Goa campus, you can get Chemical Engg. And, in Hyderabad campus, you can get Chemical, Civil and Manufacturing Engg. etc. Go through
