admission in BITS,pilani is not possible by donation. however you can try to get admission in other private colleges. but directly talk to college administration.

In BITS Pilani direct admission is only for board top three toppers and that board topper is from any board whether it is from CBSC/ICSE/State board.
For board toppers they don't need to give BITSAT examination for that they may directly apply into it.

Sorry to say but there are very little chances of it. You may get M.Sc Chemistry or M.Sc Biological Sciences at Hyderabad and B.Pharm at PILANI and HYDERABAD CAMPUS.

NO. It is not possible to change the campus after first year. You may change the Branch of Engineering within your own campus that too if your CGPA is as high as to get your desired feild.
