Sorry but you cannot change the BITSAT examination dates. You can send any one from both of yours parents to attend the counselling because it is allowed for a parent to attend the counselling if the child is not available or you can tell them your situation and

Hii vinay.

Vinay it will be hard for you to take admission in admission in Hyderabad campus because the cuttoff for every respective branch in BITS campus is very high. So inorder to enter into the BITS your score should be at least 330+ to opt any branch in Bits.
