It depends on the College as every College has different criteria. But, most of the Colleges have their Eligibility requirement of 10+2 to be between 50-70 only. So, I think you would get good colleges in this. But, some of the Colleges also demand higher which follows merit basis

see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, since you are from general category you have less chances to get shortlisted for thermal, but I suggest you to apply , also you may apply for colleges
