yesterday i filled bisat application form and made the payment .the amount was deduched from my account but i didnt get the confirmation . today i checked the status they r showing amount has to be payed.i even tried to contact bits people but they r not answering due to this pandemic.

If the transaction is not successful the money will be refunded to your account.Please try once again making the payment, if your money is not refunded kindly contact your bank.Before logging in try clearing cache and history from your browser and use an updates version of your browser.

Nikiya, if the payment is not reflecting on your application, you will have to make the payment again. Your first payment will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days. There might have been a technical glitch and such errors do occur due to server issues.
