yes if you having minimum criteria according DU then u can join DU (Delhi university ) if you leave your collage after studying 1 sem but in same year you can't take admission  because  might be admission  date shall be gone so u have to wait for next

To get admission in BITS-Pilani you need to appear for its entrance exam called BITSAT.

Also, you can get direct admission into BITS Pilani if you are a national or state/board topper.

Fees concession is provided to the toppers. In VIT, state toppers get full fee waiver. In BITS, board topper gets full fee waiver. In first year, concession is provided on the basis of BITSAT score. Fee concession is provided to EWS students in IP.
