see as per your score you are eligible to apply in all institute, you have the qualifying marks criteria, however bits admission process is basis on score in bitsat exam, however you are not eligible to give bit sat, since you have passed 12th in 2018. now coming to
see at this score you have less chances in any bits campus, there is 3 bits campus in india and one is in dubai. however I would suggest you to apply for bits hd, exam which is the separate entrance test for admission in m.tech courses in bits.

yes if you having minimum criteria according DU then u can join DU (Delhi university ) if you leave your collage after studying 1 sem but in same year you can't take admission because might be admission date shall be gone so u have to wait for next
