If your 12th % is 64 then I am sorry to tell you that you will not be eligible for for nit, IIT, iiit, bit mesra and from this year but sindri is also taking admission through JEE main so you will not get bit sindri as well.
BIT Mesra is a Centrally funded government university. With your rank it will be difficult for you to get admission there. Even if you are able to get admission there then in that case it will be difficult for you to get a good branch there. Hence, I would recommend

I am sorry to say that admission in BIT is through BITSAT only . BITSAT is the the entrance exam conducted by Birla Institute of Technology for admission of students in UG programme. You can apply for the colleges that takes admission through JEE Mains.
