you can't get bit cse and ece but can get eee best of luck!
You have very low chances of getting admission in any BIT Extension Centres because it's cut off is very high.But try till last round of counselling to at least get an opportunity for lower branches.

The ranking cutoffs for Birla Institute of Technology, Jaipur is not same. It works under BIT, Mesra.You just need to be qualify for counselling. Every year some of the seats remain unfilled. You should try out once by applying. Dept. of CS is not guaranteed but admission chances are there.
