Congrats on your KCET rank. To get admission in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. You need to have attended one of these exams JEE main, GATE, HITSEEE, CMAT, XAT, CAT. I don't think KCET is one of the exam taken into account for admission in BIT,

yes it possible.but you have to  score minimum 8.5 cgpa in your first year. but it depend on number of student applying for branch change.management will change branch only top rank student.

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to get into any course in BIT Mesra with a rank of 2 lakh or more for open category even in Home state quota. Though a SC/ST/Pwd certificate can bring you easily here.

It maybe possible to get Electronics and Communication Engineering or maybe even try for Electrical and Electronics Engineering if you are from the jharkhand home state quota. Otherwise it seems difficult but you can get other branches if you are other state student.
