According to JOSSA opening and closing Rank of 2018,2017,2016 not a single OBC student of Home state nither of other states has take admission in any BTECH program. So I am not able to tell you the cutoff.

First of all, there is no such branch called IS there is Branch called IT( Information Technology). So I will be answering your question assuming it IT not IS.

If you are from Jharkhand and your CRL rank is 16000 you will easily get a seat in BIT
