Sorry to say but the cut off for Civil engineering in BIT Mesra is closed at 29.5k.
Only for home state candidates, the cut off goes till 46k for civil engineering.
However if you want to take admission in BIT MESRA, you can get Chemical engineering, Production engineering

ou will not get any NIT with this percentile. Last year the cutoff rank for NIT Goes from 1000-3000.
