Cse branch has the best placements in Bhagalpur college of engineering.
It's not of high standards but you can try off campus.Placement are here mainly for CSE and ECE branch. Avg. Package is approximately 3.0 L companies like wipro (mainly) Tcs comes here. But off campus students do get

Yes, you are eligible for appearing in BITSAT. Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences is among the top engineering colleges of India and thus getting admission there is quite tough.
For getting admission in BITS you have to score more than 280 marks in BITSAT and for CSE
