Since you have been allotted a seat in one of the BITS colleges in the first round of counseling you can also sit for the other rounds of counseling if you want by not freezing this option and instead selecting the float option.

If this was your first preference then further rounds of counseling will not make any difference.

If this was not your first preference then you might get one of your higher preferences in the further rounds of counseling.                                

For that as soon as you open the Results portal the amount will be mentioned in that page.

Payment must be made before 28 June 05 pm to be eligible for further rounds of counseling.

Specifically for CSE, there's no such role of 12th marks.Other than the eligibility criteria, that is to secure a minimum of 75% in 12th boards , 12th boards marks play a role only in case there's a tie between two student's BITSAT score . You will be allocated a seat on the basis of your BITSAT score only, in accordance to your preference list.

When two candidates score the same in BITSAT,  priority is given to the candidate

A. On the basis of BITSAT score in individual subjects, with priority  in the following order:

1. Mathematics

2.Physics

3. Chemistry

B. On the basis of 12th boards :

If all the individual score in BITSAT are same, then their 12th marks are compared, and priority is given to the one with hogher percentage in 12th boards.

Yes. You are eligible for BITS if you clear the entrance examination. The minimum required qualification for BITS is 75% in PCM/B. Since you clear that mark you are eligible for admission provided that you have cleared the exam and secured a good rank.

Apart from the academic fee, hostel and mess fees are also included in the BITSAT fee structure. Also The BITSAT fee structure 2019 is different for each of the three campuses.The fee structure is: admssion fee is 36,300; Semester fee is 3lac+ ;Hostel fee is 30,000; Mess and electricity fee is 30,000; Other advances is 25000+.
