There is no polytechnic course available at BMS College of Engineering(Bengaluru). Also there is no part time or distance education offered by this college. There are only PG, UG and Doctoral courses offered by the college in different streams. All the courses offered here are full time. Also not only here any of such Polytechnic, UG, PG courses which have application based study are never offered in distance education.

No doubt both colleges provide A class facilities with the best faculty staff which is highly qualified and supportive. But the placement record of MSRIT Banglore for CSE is slightly better than placement record of BMS College of Engineering, Banglore for CSE (as per the reviews). The companies which visit the MSRIT for recruitment are Amazon, TCS, Google, Qualcomm, Wipro, IBM, Flipkart, Cognizant, Accenture, Nestle, Goldman Sachs, VMware, Tata Technology and Mahindra etc. The avergae salary package offered is around 6-8 LPA. Even the college provides good internship opportunites to students.
