You doubt is that why your college is participating in third round when it already participated in previous round right ?

It is because there seat has been not fulfilled in every branch so they taking more students.College main aim is to full their seats that what they actually doing.

Both of them come in the list of reputed institutions in Bangalore. However, BMSCE fares slightly better than DSCE in terms of both studies and placements. The student crowd is also better in BMSCE. Placements also depend on your branch, but BMSCE is good for most of the branches.
