As you have mentioned the rank which you have scored in the entrance exam is a decent one and as you have also mentioned that you belong to OBC caste but if the rank which you have mentioned is a OBC rank than it will be little difficult for you to secure admission as the cutoffs for any good government colleges are very high and also a lot of students try to get admission in this good colleges but also you can try in many more other medium level of colleges so that your chance of securing admission will be better.

The BNYS course is approved by the Ministry of AYUSH and CCRYN.
Students seeking a career in Yoga and Naturopathy science should enrol for the BNYS course for larger benefits.
The course duration is 4½ years. And 1-year internship programme is also compulsory to complete the course.
These are previous year counselling dates of BNYS.

BNYS is a 5.5 years professional medical course in Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yoga Sciences (BNYS). The course offers opportunity to the students to learn about the natural treatments of diseases and also provides direction to the yoga sciences to patients in order to live a healthy life. Now BNYS doctors can prescribe Ayurvedic Medicines as well as Homeopathic Medicines but they are not allowed to prescribe the Allopathic medicine and its illegal for them to recommend so.

Yes, Mobile phones are allowed in all the hostels as it is a necessity in today's times. Shraddha bnys hostel, manglore also allows students to have cell phones and use them inside their hostels. They can't deny you for using or carring mobile phones.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, I would like to inform you that opportunity in this field in outside India is impressive, because people in out side India are attracted and believe now a days in natural healing. Naturopathy have different perspective than it is here, even giving birth by naturopathy is very popular there (water birth). you can definitely try. Even by knowing that you have received your education in India would be a plus factor because India is known for this type of practices for so long.
