Yes, Mobile phones are allowed in all the hostels as it is a necessity in today's times. Shraddha bnys hostel, manglore also allows students to have cell phones and use them inside their hostels. They can't deny you for using or carring mobile phones.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, I would like to inform you that opportunity in this field in outside India is impressive, because people in out side India are attracted and believe now a days in natural healing. Naturopathy have different perspective than it is here, even giving birth by naturopathy is very popular there (water birth). you can definitely try. Even by knowing that you have received your  education in India would be a plus factor because India is known for this type of practices for so long.

To get Bachelor of Neuro and yogic science seat you need to qualify the KCET examination with required marks There are lots of government colleges which provides admission on this course. With your rank and category  the only college you have a chance in getting according to the trends of AYUSH (BNYS) CUTOFF RANK OF CET-2020 - FIRST ROUND ALLOTMENT - ( GENERAL )  is S.D.M.College Of Naturopathy and Yogic Science, Dakshina Kannnada DIST.

Other colleges under AYUSH(BNYS) close at around 14000-20000 ranks ,I would suggest you to look for other colleges also that take KCET score.

Singhania University offers a 4.5 years BNYS degree on the basis of NEET score. The total fees is Rs 80000. Now the college is well equipped in terms of labs and other facilities. The college have good number of faculties in the field but the problem is in placements and clinical exposure scenario. You will get very feeble clinical exposure which isn't at all healthy for any medical professional. So if you wish to go for a more practical oriented study system I would recommend you to go for other institutes. Although academic wise the college is good.
