To be eligible  for neet , one needs to pass 12th with English and PCB (in both the theory and practical)  with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination  if  belongs to general category , or  at least  45% in aggregate

To be completely honest chances of you getting into DU is quite slim.However you can check out if you can get admission in DU with the careers360 DU predictor.

DU said that those students who do not have the new EWS certificate can upload and submit the older one

Looking at the percentile which you scored in jee, ie 83%ile, your rank would be within 2,00,000. Roughly it would be around 1,80,000.
But I would suggest you to use the jee mains rank predictor tool for evaluating your rank more accurately.
