For admission in top engineering colleges of Gujarat state you need to appear in GUJCET entrance test and should qualify it .

In board exams you require minimum 45% aggregate marks for Unreserved and 40% for Reserved category to become eligible for GUJCET.

Let me tell you that choice filling is the most important step before colllege admissions.JOSAA gives you enough time for choice filling,and the sequence that you have filled during choice filling is updated and locked at a certain date.And then you can't change the preference,since it gets locked.

Last year for BC category candidates and for state quota seats, the cutoff for most govt. medical colleges in Telangana was above 415 marks.

So, with 403 marks, you might not be able to get a seat there but cutoffs also vary each year so hope for the best.
