What you have achieved is really great but there is no such scholarship for the students availing such good marks in boards, but there is bachelors scholarship in the university in which you will be give a 1/3rd of the fee reduction if you stand in the top

i am from rajasthan but i gave my 12 board exam from a delhi school and my sc certificate is issued from rajasthan govt. so what will happen during admissions ? will i not get sc reservations or the delhi state reservations for delhi region?

Yes, you will get reservation in Delhi because its a UT and you should thanks to Supreme court that made the judgement last year that the rule that a person's SC/ST status will not follow him to another state would not apply to the Union Territory (UT) of Delhi.

The eligibility criteria first of all to get into Jadhavpur University are as follows -

You need to pass your 10+2 from a recognized board and university. Your marks in Physics, Chemistry and Bio/Maths should be above 75%

Don't worry for this situation because IGNOU is the university which comes under central government and as per the present circumstances there will be some changes to be made for sure.

Untill your result for 12th will be declared, applications for IGNOU for session 2020-21 cannot be over
