Hope you are doing well ! Sorry to say that but after three years of 12 class you can't give you improvement examination because it's a long time ,you should think of it earlier.You can only give your improvement examination only after a year of 12 class

If you haven't marked anything on those questions that is neither the answers nor the small box then I don't think it would be considered for evaluation purpose. You do not have to worry if you haven't marked anything as there is no negative marking on the same.
