JEE 2021 syllabus has not been declared officially. CBSE has reduced the syllabus but there is no official information about JEE 2021 syllabus.
You should focus on the class 11th and class 12th syllabus and try to clear the NCERT concepts.

The cut off for PWD category in 2019 was 0.11 percentile...while comparing to this you have a good score da thambi...so you have a good chance to get into NIT's but I can't surely tell you can get CS in NiT...but you have other courses seat...so apply to the JoSAA
