Sorry to say you but you me not get very good colleges with this percentage as this is a average percentage of students.but you should try by applying those colleges

The eligibility criteria is scrapped for admission in IITs for the academic 2020-21. Candidates who qualify in JEE Advanced will be given admission based on merit and candidate with any score in class 12 examination will get seat if they qualify in JEE Advanced and pass in the qualifying exam. But the eligibility criteria to get admission in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs remains same. Candidate must score 75% and for 65% for SC/ST categories to get admission in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs.

Hello, ideally speaking there is no course called as best course because for each one it differs. Each person is unique and have different talents. Exploring that hidden skill and finding which suits you the best is an important decision you must take. see the cutoff score for any admission is varies on some of the facts like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category, choice of subjects etc. however there is 80+ colleges is under delhi university which offer various undergraduate course. the cutoff score is made for du admission taking one of the language subject and three best score of optional subjects. you did not mention the course you want to study, but at this score it is quite hard to get admission in tier 1 college.

To be eligible for NITs, IITs one needs at least 75% marks in aggregate in class 12 if belong to general or obc category or at least 65% marks if belongs to SC/ST or must be in the top 20 percentile in class 12 examination.
Now ,
you have got 70.61 % which is lesser than 75% but more than 65% so if you belong to General or OBC category then you are not eligible for NIT, IITs
but if you belong to Sc or St category then you are eligible for NIT ,IITs .
