Board exams
Hello Sravan,
The intermediate 1st year exams of the Telangana state board have already been cancelled and results are to be declared.
However if you are not satisfied with the result given by the government you can still write the exams once again.
The re exams may be conducted after the end of the lockdown in Telangana state once the colleges are opened.
Greetings,
Sastra rank is published based on the aggregate of JEE MAINS and CBSE board exam.
Yes , there are chances that you will make it to sastra kumbakonam main campus but you need to score well in JEE as well to get a seat in CSE. The competition in CSE is really high but a good score might increase your chances to get you into the course you desire.
Good luck!
Hello dear Aspirant,

Dear Vaibhav,
It is very difficult to predict the college but according to you, you got 93.8% in class 12. You do not mention your category. So I am assuming that you belong to general category. There is a chance to get admission to Delhi University for B.Sc (Hons) Physics. According to the previous year, the cutoff of B.Sc (Hons) Physics for general category in different colleges of Delhi University such as
Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College 94-97,
Miranda House 97-99,
Hansraj college 97-99.33,

hello sai vamsi
First of all , congratulations for such a nice score in both jee mains and boards.
Sastra university has set up two criteria for admissions in b.tech that is stream 1 and stream 2. Under stream 1 your rank is prepared taking 25% of your jee score along with 75% of your CBSE score , whereas in stream 2 only your boards exam marks would be taken in count ....
and also for cse in sastra university you should have rank among top 500 students either in the criteria formed in stream 1 or in stream 2.
so according to the results that you have mentioned , you have possibility of getting cse in sastra university if you apply under stream 2 ...but still i would suggest you to rather fill the form under both the category ....
and also if luck factor does't works , you can also apply for other branches ...
electronics and communication engineering (ece) and information technology (IT) are also core branches which have great scope...
Just have a look at the stream in which you can get more rank .....and then accordingly apply for the same
Also if you get a chance in college , based on your marks you can also upgrade your branch from electronics and communication engineering (ECE) or information technology(IT) to CSE.
But I am not sure if sastra university give its students an option of upgradation.
Wish you all the very best your future...May your dreams come true...
Dear student,
If you have passed class 12th or even if you are appearing for class 12th in the year you have to sit for JEE Main then you are completely eligible to sit for JEE Main exam.
As you have mentioned you have got 60% in your 12th board then you are passed and you can sit for JEE Main 2021 and 2022 exam.
But earlier before JEE Main 2021, there was the rule that candidate has to secure 75% in 12th board exam or have to be in top 20% to be eligible to get admission in government institute like IITs and NITs but, in recent year education minister removed this rule too and now if you have passed in 12th exam irrespective of your percentage and percentile, then too you can get admission in these premium institutes.

Dear Tushar,
No, You will not get BA course with this percentage in the north campus of DU, as you should know that the cutoff for the north campus is little bit high compare to the south campus. Still you need at least 94% to find the good seat in the north campus and minimum 97% for Bsc and BA course, as the cutoff is really high for the campuses like Hindu, Hansraj, SRCC, St, Stephen's, Miranda, Ramjas.
Good Luck :)
Hello,
Due to Corona Pandemic the minimum percentage requirement for admission to NITs/IIITs/IITs has been relaxed for JEE Main 2020 and JEE Main 2021 to put the aspirants at ease during the uncertain time. However, it is not yet decided if the minimum percentage relaxation will be applicable for JEE Main 2022. We need to wait until there is further information from the concerned Department regarding this. If it is applicable for JEE Main 2022 then the candidates who have scored less than 75% aggregate marks (for general category) or 65% aggregate marks (for SC/ST) can get admission if it is not applicable then the JEE Main 2022 aspirants must fulfill the minimum percentage requirement.
