I got 84.45 percentile in JEE Mains and 94.3 percentage in board exams.. what colleges can i get by this results

Sandesh 20th Jul, 2022

Hey there!

Well it is very difficult to tell you about admission in any colleges right at the moment, as college to any admission is depends on various unavoidable factors like:

1- Difficulty level of examination

2- No. of students appeared in exam

3- No. of seats available in institutes

4- Category of an individual

5- Closing rank of various program

and many more, but we can get a rough idea of admission by analyzing previous years trend of various colleges.

-------With 84.45 percentile and assuming OPEN category, your rank would be anywhere in between 159076 to 178825 as per our JEE mains rank predictor

https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor

and as per previous years trend the maximum closing rank of various institutes (NITs, IIITs and CFTIs) for general category is around 60000-70000 including home state quota.

Considering these data you have low chances for getting admission in NITs, IIITs and CFTIs.

However you have some chances for getting admission in private institutes like

1- Assam university, Silchar https://www.careers360.com/university/assam-university-silchar/cut-off

2- Jabalpur Engineering college https://www.careers360.com/colleges/jabalpur-engineering-college-jabalpur/cut-off

I have scored 92in kcet and 287in board exams please predict my rank sir

Sandesh 16th Jul, 2022

Hey there!

It is not possible to exact rank of KCET, as rank corresponding to any score is depends on various factors like:

1- Difficulty level of examination

2- Number of students appeared in exam

3- Category of an Individual

4- Relative marking and many more

But we can get a rank closing to actual ranking by analyzing previous years trends of rank vs score.

Hence with the score you mentioned, your rank would be somewhere in between 3500 to 4500.

However this is not exact rank as the rank corresponding to score keeps changing year to year.

Also you wish to know about the colleges in which you may get admission corresponding to your score, use college predictor tool, link is given below

i am a 12 th class student whose board exams ended on 13 june (term 1 and term 2) and i am appearing for neet 2022. i am just scoring 400-500 marks in my mock tests. Is there any chance that i can get a govt college through UP state quota general category? or should i take a drop?

rajeevanand843 13th Jul, 2022

Hello aspirants

In neet 2020 final cut off for Gen category students was AIR 16646 and 607 marks. in 2021 lowest cut off for Gen category students was AIR 18298 and 601 marks.

So if you belong to Gen category and want a govt medical College seat through up state counseling you should must aim to score 600+ marks. If you are getting anything low then above marks mentioned then your chances are very low to get govt seat in medical College.

As fresher you are scoring quite well and if you take drop them surely you will score better and you might get govt medical College next year.

Anyway try your best to score maximum marks this year and then after once exam over you can plan for next year.

You can use NEET UG college predictor tool for knowing chances of getting MBBS BDS ayush colleges at your expected marks.

vyshnava kumar 13th Jul, 2022

Hope you are doing absolutely great.

So with regard to your query, as you scored 60 marks in the APEAMCET according to the previous year cutoffs of the EAPCET your rank will range between 5k to 15k. In Andhra Pradesh the intermediate marks have 25% of weightage and the merit scored in EAMCET will have 75% weightage, basing upon this your rank varies.

Your score is really good in the intermediate board exams, so you can apply for the universities like Sastra, LPU, BMSIT, Amity etc.,. These colleges provide the admission basing upon the marks scored in intermediate board exams.

I have scored 266 marks in PCM board exams and my kcet marks are as expected are 71 marks what will be my rank

Anurag Khanna 12th Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

It is quite difficult to predict the exact rank based on your given marks because the rank Vs marks keeps on changing depending upon various factors such as :

** Number of candidates appeared for examination.

** Top score for that particular year.

** Total number of seats available.

And some more factors, therefore your actual rank in KCET 2022 might vary with slight variations.

As per the marks mentioned by you in the question your rank in KCET 2022 is expected to be around 5500-6000 .

But note that this is not your exact rank because it is not yet released and the rank predicted above is on the basis of previous year's data.

Im student of class 11th and i recently passed out my 10th ..! i scored 75% in 10th first term examination! so having 75% is less in board exams ??

Sayan 11th Jul, 2022

Hello Shivyanshi,

First of all congratulation to you.

This question cannot have a yes or no response. Even 60 percent of your effort is good if you are able to make your life in terms of mental and financial grounds pleasant. However, even 90% of something is terrible if you wind up becoming a worthless person in your life. So, my buddy, how you mould your life entirely rests on you and your abilities. Concentrate on learning, develop your talents, and after you're satisfied, no one will ask you for your class grade.

Good Luck!!

i scored 60 marks in kcet and i scored 217 out of 300 in board exams what rank i can expect in kcet

pranjalg462 7th Jul, 2022

See it will be difficult to predict precisely your KCET Rank considering the Marks out of 180 in KCET. This is on the grounds that the KCET Cutoff depends upon various components like the trouble level of the evaluation, prior year Cutoff designs, the Number of wannabes appearing to be the appraisal, etc.

Notwithstanding, taking a gander at the earlier year KCET Cutoff plans, with 60 marks in KCET and 217 in class twelfth sheets PCM, you have extraordinary chances to get a place of around 10001-20000 in KCET.

Regardless, it is essential to observe that the above assumption is totally established on the prior year KCET CUTOFF designs, which could vary this year as the end contrasts reliably.

I have scored 266 marks in PCM board exams and my kcet marks are as expected are 71 marks what will be my rank

Piyush kesarwani 7th Jul, 2022

hello aspirant.

see it is very difficult to predict the exact and precise cutoff for KCET on the basis of the marks secured out of 180. This is because the KCET Cutoff keeps varying every year and it depends on various factors like difficulty level of the paper, previous year cutoff trends, number of aspirants appearing, etc.

However, looking at the previous year KCET Cutoff trends, with 71 marks in KCET and 266 marks in class 12th boards, your rank in KCET is predicted to be around 6000-7000.

Further, please note that the above prediction is totally based on the previous year data which may vary this year as the Cutoff varies every year.

Further, to know more about the CET cutoff, you can follow the below mentioned link to know more : https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/kcet-cutoff

I hope that this will help.

My class 12 board exams ended on 7 June. I am confused what career path should choose between robotics and mechatronics. Another option is I can leave both the options and pursue onto a commercial pilot. Cananybody suggest me a good option. I also wanted to know difference between robotics and mech.

Garima Bisht 6th Jul, 2022

Hey.

At first I want to say to you is that choosing a career path is totally on you. You should go for your interest .

And now coming to your second question . We can't differentiate between mechatronics and robotics as robotics is subset of mechatronics . Both of them include mechanical, electrical, and computer science but mechatronics is a broader category . Mechatronics give you platform for Robotics but for getting good grasp of robotics you have to deep dive with your own way. If you want to work in the field of designing and developing autonomous machines then you can go for mechatronics.

Hope this answer will help you.

Have bright future ahead.
