No, you won't be eligible for jee advanced 2023 even if you write improvement examination in 2022

This is because,

Even if you appear for improvement examination in 2022 ,your 12th passing year still remains 2020

As you have mentioned that you had passed your class 12th in 2020 so even if you appear for improvement but your passing year will be considered as 2020 and according to which you are eligible to appear for JEE-Main till 2022 and for JEE-Advance till this year

Hello aspirant,

Yes, you will be allowed to give exam. As there are not any issues in 10th board exams . Yes but there are issues in the entrance exams of government sectors like police, upsc, PSC , they don't allow students who has permanent tattoo on their body.
