Can you please help us with the name the college in which you want to get admission in computers .

As percentage requirement in 12th to be eligible varies from college to college. Also, depends on your category.

If i pass class 12 from two board one in october 2020(NIOS) and other will in 2022(U.P board) is i am eligible for neet.

Since, NIOS students are now eligible to apply for NEET2021, i don't think there is need and i won't suggest you give 12th again with UP board or any other board because there is absolutely no requirement.Instead you should be focused towards your NEET preparation in my opinion.

Since you have already passed your 12th with PCB . So, yes now you can give NIOS exam for Mathematics and be eligible for IMU CET and get admitted into various UG courses in IMU .
