It takes time to obtain class 12th long memo. You can provide the short memo at the time of document verification. You do not have to provide separate passing certificate. Your intermediate long memo is the passing certificate cum memo since you cannot obtain it before the document verification

Till now the JAC board has not submitted top 20 percentile to josaa.  They will soon submit it to josaa.  After that it will be uploaded in JOSAA website and you can check out there.  It will soon be done few days before the counselling starts.
