As you have cleared your ST category JEE Mains cut-off so you are eligible for JoSAA counselling to get admission into NIT's , IIIT's and GFTI's .But since you have very low score , so you have very less chances to get a seat in any NIT. But

Maharashtra State Board will conduct re exam for those students who are not satisfied with their marks.The students who wish to improve their marks can register for the exam.The syllabus and the pattern of question paper will be the same which you have prepared for your main exam.

Yes you are eligible to give JEE Examination in 2021.

Candidates who score more than or equal to 75% in 10 + 2 Examination or equivalent.

There is no age limit criteria for JEE Mains.
