Is domicile certificate required for medical admission in gujrat? born in gujrat and passed 12th by gujrat board

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 29th May, 2020
If you are a bonafide resident of Gujarat, you do not need to submit your donicile certificate for NEET Counselling. And those Candidates who also have completed their 12th from Gujarat but belong to other States also do not need to submit their domicile Certificates. The rest of the Candidates who do not fall in both of the Categories need to submit the domicile Certificate. For ecample, if you are birn and completed all your studies in Gujarat, even then you needn't submit your Domicile certificate.

i have completed my 11 commerce under karnataka state board but now i realised it as my wrong decision now i want to change my stream to science and i am ready to repeat 11 is it possible?if yes i want you to give furthur guidance ?

Pankhuri Kumari 28th May, 2020
Hii!
Yes, it is possible. You can change your stream from commerce to science and repeat class 11th if you want. But, that will waste two years of your career.
Please think of it.
Commerce is also a good stream with lots of career opportunities. It is better if you go ahead with this stream only.
Hope you understand.
Good luck!

I get 60% in board PCM and 118 marks in gujcet, can i get admission in nirma engineering college in open category for b.tech in computer science?

Soumili Majumdar 27th May, 2020
Hello there,
According to the formula, (0.6*A)+(0.4*B), your ACPC percentile is 75.33, where A and B are your boards percentage and your GUJCET percentage, respectively.
Now, the cutoff ranks change every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of students appearing for it.
Analysing the previous year data, it is seen that the cut-off ranks for Computer Science Engineering were:
96 in Round 1, and,
174 in Round 2.
Also, JEE Main cutoff rank was 23000 approximately.
This information is for the general category.
With 75.33 percentile, it is little difficult to get admission in Nirma College of Engineering.

If you lost your hall ticket in the examination centre, then your college staff may ask a letter from the examination centre staff, saying you lost your hall ticket

I got 85 percentile in jee mains and I want to take admission on jee mains only as I got less marks in board 55 % in 5 subject so can I get MBM jodhpur on jee mains base as belong to ST category

Hrisheekesh Singh 24th May, 2020

Hi student,

As per the eligibility criteria, you are only required to pass the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as subjects. So, as you have got 55%, you will get admission.

At 85 percentile in January JEE Mains and you are from ST category you will surely get admission in MBM Jodhpur college but it will be impossible to get CSE, EE, IT, ME, ECE, EEE and Civil Engineering branches. But there are chances of you will get branches like Building and Construction Technology, Mining, Production and Industrial and Chemical Engineering and more lower cutoff branches.

I got 85 percentile in jee mains and less marks in board so taking admission in MBM or RTU kota how many subject mark are considered for eligibility as belong to ST category

mjaisinghani62 24th May, 2020

Hello aspirant

With 85 percentile your expected all India rank will be around 130351.5

As you are from St category, you are qualified in jee main. Previous year's cut off for qualifying Jee main was 44+ percentile for St category. Though your Jee main according to your category is good but as you have mentioned that you got less marks in your xii board  . You have not mentioned your xii board marks. Seeing to your category, for BE /B tech courses you should get minimum 40% in PCM in xii board. For admission to  NIT and IIT Colleges you should score minimum 65% in PCM ( it is 75% for general category)

On basis of Eligibility. Criteria for different courses you can estimate whether you will get admission to MBM or RTU KOTA.

However if you are eligible then Admission will depend on but offs of these colleges. Cut off varies each year. So after jee main July session you can follow the link given below for college prediction

what will be the mark I will require in 12th state board to get a bcom seat in delhi university

Nimisha Gupta 24th May, 2020

Hi,

Delhi University is one of the best campus colleges in India, with good infrastructure, education as well as placement options.

There are several colleges in Delhi University like SRCC, Hindu College, Hansraj College, Kirorimal College, DRC, Gargi College, Miranda College etc

Now SRCC and LSR being the top colleges have the highest percentage cut off. For general category it can be as high as 98% even. For colleges like Hansraj, Hindu, it can be 97%.  For other colleges it may be around 96%/95%. Overall you will have to score atleast 95% score in 12th board to secure admission in a good college.
