Sudeshna Dutta 18th Sep, 2021

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing well.

To become a lecturer in MBA, you need to qualify NET and that is the first and foremost step. Later on you need to do PhD to get into a better college as a lecturer.

Now whether you want Botany or Management, depend on you. If you want a research oriented career, you should opt for botany. However, if you choose hD in management, then later on you can enter the corporate sector also at ease. Moreover mnagement is such a thing which remains always in demand. ALong with there are a surplus management colleges all over INdia.

Hope that you got the answer to your question. Feel free to comment back incase of any doubts. All the Best!
