You have to use Code 2 for neet 2021.

Because you can use Code 5 only if you have all the three subjects of physics, chemistry and biology in BSc. otherwise code 2.

Actually yes,but they mostly prefer students with bsc chemistry , which probably you will concentrate on botany and related studies you don't get a chance to grab the msc in chemistry ,and don't have any kind of  practical work in chemistry ,which makes less eligible

You need to choose the code 02, it doesn't matter even if you are attempting it 2nd time

This is because,

Though you are doing BSc your highest qualification with all the three subjects i. e physics chemistry and Biology remains 10 + 2  as you don't have physics

Hello Aspirant,

As you don't have Physics in your B.Sc 1st year program so your highest qualification with PCB is class 12th so you should use code 02 .

As you have mentioned that you got enrolled in B.Sc Hons. and you don't have Physics in your course then your highest qualification will be considered as 10+2 and in this case as per the rules the NEET qualification code which you should use is 2.
