The admission to master’s programme in Botany is through 2 different modes: merit based and entrance examination.
50% of the available seats are reserved for merit based selection and 50% through entrance examination.
You have to score a minimum of 100 marks in your entrance exam to get admission into du.

Dear Aspirant,
Students are admitted to the M.Sc. course on the basis of (a) marks obtained during their BSc courses in Botany or Biotechnology (b) performance in Entrance test conducted by the Department. Botany should be a subsidiary subject. If you are a student of Pune Universuty- 50% of the marks obtained in the Entrance Examination + 50% of the marks secured in the subject Botany at S.Y. & T.Y. level. For students from other universities, selection will take place based on your marks in the entrance exam.
Exam Pattern
The paper will be divided into two sections- A & B. 20 Questions will be asked in section A and 80 Questions will be asked in Section B. Candidates are required to attempt both the sections. And there will Be negative marking for every wrong answer 1/3 (one – third) of the allotted marks of the questions will be deducted.
There are 50 seats for this course.

There are a total of 7 eligibility codes for NEET UG 2020. Code 5 is for candidates who have cleared the first year of an Undergraduate degree from a recognized University with Chemistry, Physics and Biology as their main subjects along with practical tests. The candidate should also have cleared their 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as their main subjects.

since you have not passed your bsc course and currently you are in 3rd year so your code will be 05.
code 05 belongs for the candidate who has passed the first year of a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with Physics, Chemistry, BIology/Biotechnology inclusion of practical tests. Candidates should also verify that the first year exam qualified is a university level exam and they have also qualified Class 12 qualifying examination with the said subjects at a level not less than a core course.

Though you are in the final year, 05 will be more apt.
