How to prepare botany hon.paper-1 evs,paper-2genetics msc entrance in culcutta univ.

Anirudh Bhat 30th Jun, 2019
Hi Priyanka,
Firstly I would advise you to prepare a really good time table. open the universities official website and check for previous years question paper and start going through them. Also I would advise you to download the the previous years bachelors syllabus for botany and go through them. most of the questions asked will be related to to what was thought in bachelors from that University. In my opinion solving question papers from the previous years is a best option. for books advise you to go through your bachelors degrees reference books and college books that will be enough. All in all don't take stress and answer in peace.
All the best and good luck

Sir,i just did B.sc. in Botany, and i want to do MBA ,so ,what have to do like exams

Vidhi 29th Jun, 2019
Hey!

It is possible to get admission in MBA after B.Sc. Botany. There is no restriction to the field in which you pursue your bachelor's; you just need to have an undergraduate degree in your hand.
For admission, the most widely known exam is CAT - Common Admission Test. It is conducted for admission in IIMs, Faculty of Management Studies (DU) and various other management institutes.
Institutes like Indian Institute of Foreign Trade conduct a separate exam on their own for MBA.
There are also entrances like Xavier's Aptitude Test (XAT), Common Management Admission Test (CMAT), IRMA entrance exam, etc. for admission in various management MBA programmes.
For more details, you can check out the following link: https://bschool.careers360.com/articles/top-12-mba-entrance-tests/amp

The entrances usually consist of written test, followed by group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI).

Hope it helps!

Is there correspondence offered by archarya Narendra dev college delhi for bsc hons botany?

Vidhi 28th Jun, 2019

Hey!

If you are talking about correspondence course or distant education for B.Sc. (Honours) Botany, then I am sorry Acharya Narayan Dev College does not offer it. The college offers a regular undergraduate degree in Botany, for which around 66% attendance is compulsory to sit for semester examinations. The course involves regular practical work in laboratories, that is why it is not possible to offer this degree (or any science degree involving lab work) in distant education.

Best wishes!

What should I take in bsc last year subject to become a scientist botany /chemistry/zoology

mansiprofessional234 Student Expert 27th Jun, 2019

Hey!

You should choose the subject according to your interest and the field in which you want to become a scientist. Suppose you want to be a chemical scientist , go for chemistry. You want to research in field of plants , go for botany and if its about animals , go for zoology. Its so simple. And for becoming a scientist , do a postgraduate degree with the same interested subject.

Hope it helps!

Hello, I am pursuing b. SC (chemistry, botany and zoology) apart from lecturer can I become doctor? After my b. SC can I do m. SC medical

ravi majithiya1171107822 Student Expert 27th Jun, 2019

To be a doctor MBBS or medical or homepathy and ayurved and physiotherapy or any medical course other than BSc or MSc is required. You can go for the specialized courses in MSc related to the medical field but it is not like you will be treated equally as the person with MBBS degree is being treated. You can go for the PHd. programs alsoafter the MSc. But the equivalent designation to the doctor is possible only with the pure medical courses. You have other options too for the medical field in which you can go for the MSc and you become a medical person. Go through the link below where you can find the options for the MSc in medical field.
