I searched the papers you wanted online but unfortunately they are not available easily or for free. Generally you can get sample paper books which have the previous year question papers at the back. They can even be found in Guides. You could try and visit your library too.

You can go with your code as 5 in NEET application 2020. That's the case if you haven't already passed your BSc course. If you've passed your BSc course; than you have to go your qualification code as 6.
Now if you're studying BSc course now than go
Your code will be 05 because you need to be pursuing B.Sc in any of 2 subjects among Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Code 05 says: The first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognised University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in these subjects provided

CODE: 06 is applicable.

The college has not uploaded the question paper. You can ask teachers or any senior you know if you did your Msc there. If not then you have to prepare as per the syllabus only.
