The candidate should be of Indian nationality.
All candidates should be bonafide residents of Gujarat. Bonafide residents of Gujarat who are residing in other states of the country will also be eligible for GUJCET

Appear for CET exam of your state. For eg. WBCET for bengal or MHCET for Maharashtra like wise.
You should have science as your subject on 10+2.
With aggregate of 50% is the criteria to appear for CET. You should be 17 year old.
