yes, you can have admission in B pharma without getting into UPSEEE but it comes under condition provided the seats remain vacant after online counseling. Most of the private institution offers admission under management quota all you need is to have class 12 pass in aggregate subjects of maths physics
There is no common entrance for B.Pharm as state and university level exams are there, you will have to apply for the same separately so please tell which particular one you are talking about?
