The admissions are done on the basis of WBJEE rank so you will have to crack it with required score.

I would like to tell you B.Pharma course is not provided by AIIMS. Only MBBS, B.Sc and M.Sc courses in relevant fields are provided.

In order to apply for BAMS course, you have to qaulify NEET entrane exam. And as per the eligibility criteria of NEET, Biology is one of the compulsory subject for NEET. So, I think you cannot apply.
