Hello Aspirants,
It is good that you have decided to continue your education and 3 years of work experience will be an added advantage. During admission selection , colleges will give preference for candidates with minimum 2 years experience. You may try for premium institutions like IIMs ,XLRI, ISB,FMS(Delhi),NMIMS etc. However , to join these colleges , you need to clear its respective entrances exam like CAT,XAT etc. They give value to experienced candidates and you do not have to worry about your BPO experience limiting your professional growth. If you finish MBA in a good college with good merit ,you will get a fine job through placements for a better career growth

Dear Aspirant,
You definitely have some chances of getting enrollment in Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics. You have the reservation areas like belonging to outside Delhi region and and also the powerful Other Backward Caste Category. Back in 2017, the cut off for BPO course in Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital was 554 for the OBC applicants. Over the years the cutoff ranks have increased as has been the number of seats to be filled in the institute. Therefore, you have some chances of getting yourself enrolled in one of the colleges of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. You may have to face some stiff competition in obtaining the seat from your category students. I believe that you have some real opportunity in getting the BPO course, mostly because of your obc quota or category.
At this point of time, you need to wait for the University cutoffs and hope for the best. At this rank of yours, however, you definitely have great chances of getting admission in other courses like Bachelor in Physiotherapy, Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology, Bachelor in Science in Medical Lab Technology, etc.

All Physiotherapy Colleges in Maharashtra conduct admissions to BPT based on the NEET score. There are approximately 31 Colleges that offer BPT in Maharashtra and you can check the list at: https://medicine.careers360.com/colleges/list-of-bpt-in-physiotherapy-colleges-in-maharashtra . Regarding BPO, it stands for Business Process Outsourcing which is a nature of job and it has got nothing to do with NEET.
Wipro has Voice, Non Voice, Technical and Non Technical BPO jobs in various locations for many of its projects. Now it is important to know whether you want to apply for a Voice based role or a Chat based non voice role. For voice based role, you need to hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline and have good communication skills. You should also have neutral accent and zero mother tongue influence. For Non voice based chat role, you should have good typing speed which is more than 35 words per minute atleast and above 95% error free typing. Few Projects do not consider BE/B.Tech Graduates but BA is an acceptable degree. And there are various shifts like the US which is Night shift, UK which is usually afternoon/evening shift and the Australian shift which is early morning shift. The timings depend on the Client you are working for. SO you should be able to adapt to a 24/7 working environment and be flexible in shifts. There are Domestic BPO jobs as well wherein the client is within India. For that it might be a day shift. So based on these details and your flexibility, you can appear for Interview process and join. To give you a fair idea of what to expect in an Interview, there will be atleast 3-4 rounds and each round is an elimination round. First round is Introduction round and Group Discussion. You will be asked to introduce yourself and will be given a topic to discuss with other Candidates. If you are shortlisted for the next round, it will be a typing/Voice and Accent Round. This is followed by a Manager round and the final is HR Round. In each round you will be checked for your communication skills, spontaneity and flexibility to work. So work on these and it will be relatively easier to crack an interview.
