Hi Divya,
To get admission in B.P.O (Bachelor in Prosthetics and Orthotics) course in any of the college offering this course you are required to fill the form of NEET examination. Reputed institutes use screening tests or interviews to pick eligible applicants. Successful candidates are selected in the test or interview based on their results. The common entrance test that the candidate needs to qualify is NEET.

hey,
hope you are well
so you are going to complete your graduation in june and you got a job in BPO well congratulations for that but as you also know BPO jobs are not what we always wanted to do they are like low paid and very much work asked jobs and they are surely good to enhance your communication skills if you are bad at it.
if your motive is MBA and looking up for long term goals i would like to suggrst you to please prepare for CAT and get a good institute for your MBA as doing MBA from any of the non reputed and new opened road colleges would be nothing but a wastage of time and money.
to start a good career with new opportunities MBA would be great decision you ever made, an MBA graduate gets a fast start and earns wells they do not struggle that much to get a high paid and good job.
good luck
Yes, it does count as work ex if you can show either a) a work experience certificate OR b) a joining letter and latest salary slip.
But generally they don't treat the quality of that work experience in similar lines of other relevant ones.
However, everything would be nullified if you can justify the relevance of your work experience in pursuing MBA.
Hi Arshad,
I would like to congratulate you on securing such a decent percentile in CAT. Considering that you are from OBC category will enhance your chances of securing a call from good B-Schools. I am listing down some of those B-Schools from which you can expect a call with their average salary:
Colleges
Average Salary Package(in Lakhs Per Annum
GIM,Goa
11
LIBA,Chennai
9
IFMR, Chennai
IIM, Ranchi
11+
BIMTECH, Noida
7.5
KJ Somaiya, Mumbai
9.4
Welingkar, Mumbai
7.99
However, this is not an exhaustive list and there are some other colleges from which you can expect a call. You will have to appear for another test for admission in IRMS and your CAT score will only act as a qualifying one.
Your graduation in BCom will serve you as a catalyst since colleges prefer diversity in their batch as most of the people doing their MBA nowadays are engineers.
Now, since you have a fair understanding of the colleges, you may as well start preparing for Group Discussions and Personal Interviews since you won’t be having ample time of preparing once the colleges start rolling out the shortlist and summon you to appear for their GD/WAT/PI process.
I hope I have been able to solve your query. Do write to us in case of further doubts and we will be glad to help you out. All the best!!!
EMBA is an Executive MBA offered for working professionals who are in the Management team of an Organisation trying to either move up the professional ladder or learn the nuances of Organisational Management, Many Institutions have been offering EMBA through Full time or Part time or Evening programmes. Few Institutions conduct admissions based on entrance examination score while few others conduct admissions based on your Academic and Professional profile. So it totally depends on whether you want to pursue this course full time or part time and from which Institution. Most working professionals prefer Distance programmes due to their work schedules.
