Eligibility criteria for BPT 

You should have a aggregate of 50% in 10+2 if you are from unreserved category and if you are from reserved category aggregate of 45% is enough 

If you are from unreserved category you are not eligible for BPT

I doubt that you will even get the form for government medical college since 50% that is 100/200 in MHT-CET is minimum requirement for medicine.

Admission for BPT is based on marks of std 12th. Usually neet score is not taken into consideration.
