The Bihar School Examination Board is a statutory body under section 3 of Bihar School Examination Act - 1952 which is functioning under Government of Bihar.  Class 11 of Bihar Board, also known as Intermediate I Year is very significant because it marks the students’ entry into the higher secondary education. As you mentioned that you have got 84% in bseb in class 12th. First I would like to know that what course or line you are planning to take admission in jnu . So if you are taking engineering line then your 12th marks is of no use. You will admitted on the basis of jee mains marks.

The cut off for Delhi University college of North campus are very high both for General category university and OBC category students. You belong to PCM group so I guess it's difficult to secure any college in the North campus of Delhi University.

Although there are good chances for you to secure a seat in college of South campus of Delhi University.

I will suggest you to wait for the cut offs to come.

To be very honest it's difficult to get admission with this percentage of marks in North campus of Delhi University. You have not mentioned your category so I am answering thinking that you belong to General category.

There are Chances of getting admission into South campus colleges of Dekhi University.

Still I will say to wait for the cut off. They keep on changing and you might get a seat in a good college of Delhi University till the end.

Also, you can get model question papers from the official site of BSEB. After opening the official site go to the bottom of the home page. From there, you will find model question paper link under Secondary section. also, there are lots of study material available online. Just search it on browser and you will find handful of them.

If you have failed in any of the subjects in the board examination then you need to reappear for that subject only in the board examination.SO yes you have to appear in that subject only.Other subjects in which you have passed no need to appear for that.
