Hello Aspirant,
See to qualify/appear for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria but yes if you want to take admission into any of the NITs, IIITs or CFTIs whether it is NIT Patna or any other NIT or if you want to appear for JEE-Advance then you should score a minimum aggregate of 75% in your class 12th if you belongs to General/Unreserved category and 65% if you belongs to any of the reserved category, from any recognized central/state board and in your case BSEB is the recognized Board of Bihar and you are not eligible for NIT Patna if you belongs to General category even after having a good score in JEE-Main.

See in normal conditions, a student have to qualify a minimum of 75% marks in 12 th board along with a good rank to secure a seat in IIT,NIT and other colleges via JOSAA counselling.
If the government issues mandate due to the covid-19 situation and pull up this eligibility then you can get a seat in IIT's/NIT's.
I hope my answer helps you. All the very best for your future endeavors!
See BSEB is a board, Bihar School Examination Board and to qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria but yes if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should score a minimum aggregate of 75% in your class 12th if you belongs to General/Unreserved category and 65% if you belongs to any of the reserved category from any recognized central/state board.
Also note that securing the aggregate of minimum 75% marks in boards does not ensure your admission to any of the IIITs/NITs/IIITs, in order to get admission in any of the NITs/IIITs you have to appear for JEE-Main and in JEE-Main you should secure good rank to get into it and for getting into IITs you need to firstly qualify JEE-Main and then appear for JEE-Advance and qualify it with good rank.
